Ananda's famous gelatine free marshmallow sandwiched between two handmade gluten-free chocolate biscuits, with a dollop of mint fondant and coated in the finest dark Belgium chocolate!

Ingredients: BISCUIT- wheat flour, sugar, non hydrogenated vegetable fat, soya milk, organic cocoa, cornflour, tapioca starch, salt, Madagascan vanilla extract, bicarbonate of soda. MARSHMALLOW- British sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, rice starch, vegetable gycerine, agar, plant derived emulsifiers, Madagascan vanilla extract, locust bean gum, sea salt. CHOCOLATE- cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring min. cocoa solids 53.8% FONDANT- confectionary sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, peppermint oil.
